01Introduction
In accordance with Articles 189 and 190 of the Federal Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law (LFTR), Bicentel, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter C3ntro Telecom) publishes the contact details of the Responsible Area in order to address requests from competent authorities pursuant to the Agreement whereby the Plenary of the Federal Telecommunications Institute issues the Guidelines for Collaboration in Security and Justice Matters and amends the Fundamental Technical Plan for Numbering published on June 21, 1996; published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 2, 2015.
02Responsible Area Details
Bicentel, S.A. de C.V. is the name of the Concessionaire to which Security, Administration and Delivery of Justice authorities must address their formal requests in accordance with the National Numbering Plan.

03Procedures
a) Handling requests from authorized and designated authorities for retained data
Use of the "Format for the Management of Information Requests in Security and Justice Matters," identified as Annex I of the Collaboration Guidelines issued by the Plenary of the Federal Telecommunications Institute, is recommended.
Once the request is received and provided it meets the legal requirements stipulated by law, a response will be sent attaching the necessary information, via the same electronic channel to the email address of the issuing authority.
b) Handling communications interception orders
Every communications interception order must be authorized in advance by Federal Courts empowered by law, and must be sent physically and/or electronically to the address or email of C3ntro Telecom described above, as applicable, and must comply with the requirements set out in the LFTR and its corresponding Guidelines; otherwise it will be returned to the issuing authority in compliance with those same legal guidelines.
The company must submit the corresponding report, stating whether there was or was not the technical possibility of intercepting the communications of the equipment within the period specified in the order itself.

Any improper use of this information will result in C3ntro Telecom reserving the right to pursue the legal actions necessary to report acts that may constitute the commission of an offense arising from the improper use of the communications media described above.
