Bicentel S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter C3ntro Telecom) will send monthly to the email address specified by the Client in the service order(s) the corresponding invoice for contracted products and/or services.
Notwithstanding the above, the Client may obtain or download a copy of their invoices at https://uc.c3ntro.com/, using the credentials assigned by C3ntro Telecom. If the Client does not have login credentials for the aforementioned website, they must request them through a HelpDesk ticket.
